Scored Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

Scored (hereinafter referred to as "we", "Scored", or the "Platform") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Scored and its users. By using the Scored website or mobile app, or by creating an account, you automatically agree to all of these terms.

Scored's services are for individuals aged 18 and above only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

Scored reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You need to create a personal account to use Scored's services. Each individual may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties.

You will be required to provide the following accurate information at the time of registration:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your National ID or passport)
• An active mobile number and email address
• Date of birth (supporting documentation may be required)
• Current address

Scored may request additional documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This may include a national ID, passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Sharing your account login credentials with a third party, or selling or transferring your account, is strictly prohibited. If this occurs, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

All bets on Scored are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a Cash Out option is available).

Betting Rules:

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50, and the maximum bet is determined by the event and market.
• If an event is abandoned, suspended, or incomplete, bets are generally voided and stakes are refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Scored reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Specific rules apply when combining different bets on the same event across multiple bets.
• If there is evidence of match fixing or gaining unfair advantage, the relevant bets and winnings will be voided.
• Scored will not be held liable for disconnections during live betting. A bet that has not been successfully registered will be considered unplaced.

Winnings are credited to your account automatically. If you have a dispute regarding any winnings, you must contact customer support within 72 hours.

Scored currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Maximum daily deposit: Determined by account level
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: Usually between 15 minutes and 24 hours

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

To prevent money laundering, Scored monitors suspicious transactions. Unusual transaction patterns may require additional verification, and withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold.

Scored offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is for new members only, once per account.
• The required deposit must be made within the specified timeframe to claim a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Minimum odds requirements apply to bets placed using bonuses (generally 1.50 or above).
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits across multiple accounts is a punishable offence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Scored:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with a fake or false identity
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
• Betting using match fixing or insider information
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems
• Betting using automated bots or software
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Impersonating Scored staff

Even after your account is closed, Scored may retain your data for a specified period to meet its legal obligations.

Account Closure:

• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, all remaining balances may be forfeited.
• If closed at the user's own request, any remaining balance may be withdrawn (subject to KYC verification).
• Any attempt to re-register after an account has been closed will result in the new account being cancelled as well.
